Introduction

The demand for flexible work arrangements has never been higher than in today’s fast-changing job market. Whether an individual is a fresh graduate, a career changer, or seeking to balance work with other commitments, entry level work from home jobs offer an excellent opportunity to start one’s career from home.

In this blog post, we will be discussing seven of the most sizzling entry level work from home jobs by the year 2024 and, most importantly, explain each role and how much you can earn from it. Brace yourself as you are about to discover that perfect remote job that rhymes well with both your lifestyle and abilities!

1- Creator Coordinator

The creator coordinator is the number one work from home job on the list. This position is responsible for managing and expanding the network of creators. You will foster relationships and align them with brand values and client goals. You make about $49,000 to $78,000 a year in this position. So, it’s not bad.

One company you could apply for would be the Clementine Group. This is a creator-based agency that works with many different creators. They’re remote base but operate in Southern California. Now, they have innovated quite a bit. They created a proprietary platform, Clim, and are currently hiring for this position, so you can see an overview of the responsibilities.

You can check it out if you’d like. For the qualifications, you have to be 18 years old and then a bunch of stuff that you can say that you’re good at, and there’s, like, no natural way of proving that you’re good at one way or another, basically nothing concrete. Nothing where it’s like, you have to have a college degree, or you have to have three years of experience or anything like that.

Skills and characteristics you would want for this:

  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills that are timely and professional
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Consistently meet deadline requirements
  • Passion for TikTok and social media; having experience or connections with influencers is preferred
  • Ability and desire to go above and beyond to satisfy clients and creators
  • Fun, positive, and motivated to grow with a small yet rapidly growing company
  • Proficient in G-Suite and technology (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Slack + other collaborative tools)

How to apply:

  • Go to the website, go to the top right, and click on careers.
  • You’ll be redirected to this weird-looking page that says job openings and
  • you can click job openings.
  • Then, at the bottom of the page, you’ll see a little snippet that tells all.
  • Go ahead and click that, or if you see the creative coordinator position in the top three that they show, you can click that as well.
  • Then, you’ll need to fill out all the essential information here plus points manually. If you submit an introduction video of yourself and a pro tip, if they ask you to submit an introduction video, they say it’s voluntary.

It’s probably not voluntary, so go ahead and submit it. Some other career paths you might end up going down. If you go down this one at first, your first entry-level job would be as an influencer marketing manager. They make about $67,000 to $118,000 a year. Brand partnership coordinators make about $58,000 to $96,000 a year.

The director of brand partnerships makes about $134,000 to $245,000 a year, so there’s perfect money there. Of course, this is a type of digital marketing. So, overall, I’ll give it a 9 out of 10 opportunity score.

2- Creative Talent Sourcer

The following work from home job is a creative talent sorcerer or headhunter for a YouTube channel. So, there are lots of different talent-sourcing types of jobs. YouTube is getting more and more popular. There are lots of YouTubers out there that are making a million dollars a year, 10 million dollars a year, even 100 million dollars a year, and so, of course, they’re going to be hiring people, and they need to find people to find that talent for them.

So that is where you see the creative talent sourcers. According to ZipRecruiter, the average hourly salary for a talent source is $27. According to Glassdoor, talent sourcers earn $76,000 to $138,000 annually. Now, there are specific types of talent sourcing. For instance, nowcreatives.com pays about $250 to $1,000 per roll.

You’re able to refer successfully. The founder of this company, Oliver Gilpin, specializes in YouTube production and consulting, and he helps creators in businesses optimize their content. So, they need a lot of talent for their own company and place into their client’s companies, and they are hiring for this position right now.

You can see the job description above.

Skills and characteristics you would want for this:

  • The best candidate will be great at Internet research.
  • Thinking creatively.
  • Having a good sense of the YouTuber Creator community.

So, you need to be familiar with YouTube. So, you should probably watch a lot of YouTube content. You need to be creative and good at searching the internet. It’s pretty straightforward stuff. Some of the roles they focus on sourcing over the next year. Is an illustrator/animator, scriptwriter, voiceover artist, video editor, project manager, and specific consultants and influencers to sponsor.

Some courses you could take to make yourself stand out would be online courses on talent sourcing and recruitment on Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Etc. Any course would involve doing searches on the internet, and then any course would showcase your creative ability. So, another perfect one. I’ll give this one a 9 out of 10 opportunity score.

3- Customer Care Representative

The following work from home job is customer care representative. So, everybody knows about this one, of course. It’s probably not the sexiest one on the list, but with that being said, it’s super easy to land an entry-level work-from-home job with this, and it does pay about $36,000 to 49,000 a year.

So, it does pay the bills. Especially if you’re going to travel, maybe like travel across the U.S., you live in a cheaper place. If it’s a fully remote job, you could even travel outside of the U.S. You’d be living like a king on the salary. So, you could work the same hours in South America and Central America and live like a king on a salary.

So I get it. It’s not the best one on the list. Not everyone wants to do this for long, but it’s pretty good. Amazon is hiring for this job, so I included it in this article. They work entirely remotely. They can work about 30 to 39 hours per week. They can manage both inbound and outbound calls.

They take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish and partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.

  • A high school diploma, or the equivalent of a high school diploma, would be a GED.
  • Six months of professional experience.
  • Experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.

Again, just about any job in the world would be like that, and then you can change your schedule frequently with about two weeks’ Advance notice. So it is a flexible schedule, and they have preferred qualifications here, which you should always ignore.

How to apply:

  • You’d find this by going to Amazon, scrolling to the very bottom, and looking at the bottom left.
  • At the top, you’ll see careers.
  • If you click on that, you’ll be taken to the job search filter page.
  • Then, you’ll have the option to filter remote jobs immediately by entering the keyword remote in the keyword search box.
  • Then, you can look at all the available jobs and see that a customer care representative job is available.

This particular one is a remote customer care job for Amazon Pharmacy. Amazon is making big moves to get into the pharmacy world, and Amazon does have pretty good benefits. It’s a big company for which to work. It looks perfect on your resume.

There are many good things to say about working for Amazon, so this one could be perfect. Definitely check it out. I’ll go ahead and give it an 8 out of 10 opportunity score.

4- Collections Specialist

The following work from home job is collections specialist. So, where are you finding people who have debt or overdue payments, etc., and are you attempting to collect that debt? You’re trying to help the company. They get paid the money that they’re owed and collect, and collection specialists make about 41 to 59 000 a year. So that definitely pays the bills.

Certification & skills needed:

  • A few certifications would probably help you land this job, which would be the PCS or professional collection specialist certification from ACA international.
  • You could also complete online courses on negotiation techniques and communication skills offered by Coursera, Udemy, Etc.
  • You can also familiarize yourself with relevant software and tools by completing the Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
  • You could also study the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or FDCPA, to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations and some other career paths you might end up going into.

If you decide to go into this career path, it would be an account receivable specialist who makes about $46,000 to $66,000 a year. Collection managers make about $65,000 to $104,000 a year, and credit analysts make about $71,000 to $120,000 a year. So, these are all in the same industry and have similar skill sets.

This professional is basically responsible for running product testing campaigns, and this goes all the way from recruiting testers to analyzing results. Product test coordinators fine-tune products by gathering feedback from real users and making necessary adjustments.

The following work from home job is sales development representative. Always loves sales job. I always say everyone should do at least one sales job in their life, and this is my number one favorite sales job for beginners. Now, one thing I like about this is it’s not, you know, pressure sales where you’re just trying to get someone to buy something they don’t need.

It’s more about getting to know people, building relationships, and figuring out how your product or service is going to help them. That’s what you tend to get when it comes to high ticket sales.
